I had previosuly been using http://svn.xiph.org/tags/tremor_public_release_1_0/Tremor and this compiled in with hxclient_1_3_0_neptunex_restricted -D 20040426 ok. Having updated to HEAD (helix) there is now some stuff missing from Tremor that the plugins need.
