It'd be great to have a way of "whitelisting" profiles for a given target.

Some people trying to build the player forget to set their profile in ribosome
to helix-client-all-defines, and instead end up using the "default" profile.

The player doesn't build with this profile. Ideally, there'd be a way that the
build system could figure out that this isn't going to work (perhaps from a
profiles whitelist associated with a given target), and give an appropriate error.
