These changes allow for a minimal footprint audio-only static build
of a Helix simpleplayer, without httpfsys or fileiolib libraries.


1 Only tested static and dynamic release builds and functionality for:

helix-client-net-ra
helix-client-local-net-ra-mp3 (see note 3 below)

2 dummyff.cpp and pub/dummy.h are derived from findfile.ccp/h
and probably can shrink to almost nothing. Only staticff.cpp
inherits from dummyff.

3 clientapps/simpleplayer/Umakefile refers to HELIX_FEATURE_PLAYBACK_HTTP
which needs to be introduced to work properly.

4 Carefully review the cpp files, since I have not enough knowledge
on Helix client full functionality
