Subject: [Player-users] RealPlayer Does Start Under Linux

I installed RealPlayer 10 for Linux per the on-line instructions.  It
appeared to install correctly, however, when I select the RealPlayer
icon, the program will not start.   I have also attempted to start the
program from the terminal window, but that also does not work.  

Please advise as to potential causes or corrective actions.

Subject: [Player-users] Realplayer / Helixplayer and Esound

Does anyone konw if there will be a version of RealPlayer other than Realplay8 
that will work with Esound?

I use Esound to distribute sound across a network to thin clients.  Once the 
preference setting "ESD aware" is checked, Realplay8 is network-aware and 
works perfectly.  On the other hand Realplay10 obstinately insists on plying 
only through the speakers on the server.
