after using realplayer(linux) playlist, tried to clear - wouldn't stay cleared. then clicked on mp3 
file and wouldn't play - error message always comes up. tried resetting realplayer, but still 
same thing and completely unusable - also files were still not cleared in playlist. then 
uninstalled with complete removal and reinstalled - same thing - completely unusable with 
same error message. apparently realplayer is now permanently unusable unless i reinstalled 
the operating system(linux mint 9) and started over, which i WILL NOT DO. 

this is the newest version of realplayer 11gold for linux.
