3) What I expected to happen is when I clicked "Click here for webcast" at:

http://investors.firstenergycorp.com/phoenix.zhtml?c=102230&p=irol-EventDetails&EventId=2971678

The Real Player content would play flawlessly.

4) What happens instead is that when the popup comes up the content does not play. When I click
"Menu" in the popup, two RealPlayer windows popup where one claims:

"Component Missing
The player does not have the capabilities to play back the content.
The following components are rquired: audio/x-pn-realaudio-plugin
