Summary: When the network Cable is removed  while rtsp streaming,
                    the player enters the buffering mode , after few seconds
                    , the seek slider starts increasing and timer also
                    starts increasing but neither the audio is heard nor the
                    video moves.

pull the network tap while rtsp streaming. 

Result: When the network Cable is removed , the player enters the buffering 
mode , after few seconds , the seek slider starts increasing and timer also 
starts increasing but neither the audio is heard nor the video moves. When 
the timer and the slider reaches the end of the clip,playback stops but no 
error message for the timeout is displayed.

Expected Result: Should play out buffer, enter buffering mode, and timeout.
