Project: RealPlayer for Netbook

Synopsis: Aligned Scan for Media button as requested.

Overview:
I thought this was done before I attempted to check it in.
It wasn't really done, so checking this in.

This change fixed the Scan for Media button in its place with
a fixed amount of space between it and the list above it.
