Project: RealPlayer for Netbook

Synopsis: Menu bar items reorder.

Overview:
This Glade change reorders the menu bar items to follow RealPlayer for 
Windows.
The order is now:
  File View Play Favorites Tools Help

It also changes the main window sizes to be 800x450 (16x9 ratio.)
