[Player-dev] No rule to make target 'protocol_dist/rtsp/dbg/rdtclntlib.a', needed by `dbg/clntcore.so'

Hi Peter,

This "No rule to make target" error message typically follows other build / 
check out errors. In this case, it appears to me that you couldn't check 
out the following distribution binary:
protocol_dist/rtsp/dbg/rdtclntlib.a

Could you make sure that you have accepted the BEULA?

Then, check if you can get to the following repository:

https://helixcommunity.org/plugins/scmcvs/cvsweb.php/linux-2.2-libc6-gcc32-i586/protocol_dist/rtsp/?cvsroot=distribution

cvs -d :ext:yourusername at cvs.helixcommunity.org:/cvsroot/distribution co 
linux-2.2-libc6-gcc32-i586/protocol_dist/rtsp

It is common that you have access problems if you just started checking out 
source code for the first time. The Helix admin would have a better idea 
about the possible delay, but typically one gets access after a day or so.
