Hi,

I am worried a bit about the state of the HelixPlayer development: the 
information about the development seem to be pretty outdated (like [1]), also 
I wonder if the plan is still to port the old HelixPlayer to Cayenne since 
Atlas is now released.

And, last but not least, I wonder if it would be possible to for example just 
take the newest Helix DNA Client and to package it for Linux as a pure 
backend (for apps like Amarok).

In case you wonder, I'm a user waiting for Alsa support for quite some time 
now ;)
