I don't see any errors below. Just BIF warnings, which are OK.
You need to look through your build.out file to see what the
errors really are.

Hello, I try to build a GTK-stable-all-defines helixplayer. But finally it
can't play rm files. This is because the rvxrender.so is lost. I list the
relation bellow.
player can't work(need rvxrender.so)<-rvxrender.so lost(need
rvxrender_libs.a)<-rvxrender_libs.a(lost)<-rmcomlib.a(lost)<-datatype_rm_common_ribodef.h(lost)
So, it seems that the build system didn't create
datatype_rm_common_ribodef.h and some MAKEFILEs. I copy a
datatype_rm_common_ribodef.h from a realplay tgz packet and finally create
a rvxrender.so. I want to know what causees this problem, because I have
more than ten modules failed, maybe figuring out this problem will let
those modules pass. Any idea?
Another question, where can I find the source codes of *.a in the
distribution directory, or they are not open?

Do you get anything in your *_dist directories? If not, you need
them and need to sign the binary EULA before they will check out.
The source for those .a files are in the *_restricted projects
and you need an additional license to get the source code for
them.
If you still have problems it would be helpful for you to do
a clean build and *zip* your build.out file and send it with
your next email. It will tell us what the problems really are
and what your build settings are.

I can't seem to read your build.out, it has a bunch of
strange chars in it, I am guessing some expanded char set:

I build the player in a Chinese system, that's the problem. Those strange
chars mean that: make: no rule to build the target which is needed when
building dbg/swfrender.so: ../../../datatype/rm/common/dbg/rmcomlib.a
stopped. I have translated some of them into English and many have the same
meaning as above.
I have builded a player with the helix-client-all-defines-free profile, no
module failed. It can play ogg file well (I only test ogg format file).

Overview:
Repro Step:
1. Bring up Stream page in Statistics of Tools menu for Realplayer
2. Start up GOK.
3. Click UI Grab
Actual Result:
The drop down box 'Stream' can not be grabbed by GOK.
So this patch will add accessbile description to Stream dropdown box in
Tools menu.
A short introduction to GOK.
GOK aims to enable users to control their computer without having to
rely on a standard keyboard or mouse. Many individuals have limited
voluntary movements and must control the computer using alternative
input methods. These input methods may be controlled by actions such as
blowing and sipping to activate a pneumatic switch, an eye blink and/or
directed gaze with an eye tracking system, head movement, muscle
contractions or limb movements.
Using innovative dynamic keyboard strategies, and leveraging Gnome 2's
built-in accessibility framework, the GOK will make control more
efficient for these users, and enable use of the Gnome 2 desktop for
some users who otherwise would have no access to Gnome. With the right
hardware support and the GOK these individuals will have full access to
applications that support the AT SPI, and therefore, full access to the
functionality these applications provide

You have that file though right (rmcomlib.a)?
It looks like every module that fails to build is because
of that one file. If it was a dist lib problem (I checked
and it is updated nightly) then I would expect all of the
dist lib dependent modules to fail.
You didn't switch build settings in the same directory did
you? Sometimes that can screw things up. Have you tried
building in a new source tree now that you have the build
system setup correctly?
You might also just try copying that datatype_dist/..../rmcomlib.a
to the datatype/rm/common/dbg/rmcomlib.a directory and see
if that fixes it.

I didn't have rmcomlib.a before, but I can build it if I have
datatype_rm_common_ribodef.h. I always build the player in new directory.
Yestoday I builded a new one and it had the same problem, but this time it
had a rmcomlib.a, if I copy it to dbg directory, many errors lost and the
rvxrender.so was builded. I used the Content Suite to test, ./hxplay can
play some rm and all mp3, but
NatureRF_rv10-cbr_15fps_352x264_100k_cook9.rm/NatureRF_rv8-cbr_30fps_352x288_100k_cook23.rm/NatureRF_rv9-cbr_30fps_352x288_100k_cook23.rm/NatureRF_rvG2SVT-cbr_30fps_352x288_100k_cook23.rm
can't be played and the message on the screen is:

I notice that player's GUI is made by glade, and is using the source
file generated by glade tools,
A better patch will be like this:
add accessibile name and descritiption into its glade file,
and use glade tool to regenerate the source file again.
so I make the patch again
modify glade file, add accessibile name and description to the drop
down box,
and use glade tools to generate the source file,
also, roll back the patch I checked in before.
Greg, can you review it?

I still have the same problem. The following is my history.
I register my account as zhangyuchao in community. And setup ssh
enviroment with the following config:

Then, I upload my helixid_dsa.pub to community. Following the step in
the guide to test cvs connection. It works well.
And I create a .buildrc in my home directory. Following is the .buildrc:

AddBIFPath("common", "[helix]/common/build/BIF")

Then I create a folder, and run cvs commond to check out the build.

setpoint:/export/home/work/work/realplayer $ cvs -d
:ext:zhangyuchao@cvs.helixcommunity.org:/cvsroot/ribosome co build
After this command, I got a build folder in the realplayer folder. Then
I run build, specify to check out code from BIF branch of
"realplay_gtk_release_sunos". After I select 11, some folder are not
checked out.(datatyoe_dist and protocol_dist) In the build menu, I
select 3, try to build realplayer. I got error message:Build complete in
21:52, 16 of 147 modules failed.
The attached is the screenshot of my actions. And I also attached the
build.out and build.reg. Hope these will be helpful.
