Hello all,

I'm new to the list and new to Helix Server.  A while back I 
inherited a server running Real Helix 9.0.2 (is that the proper 
term?) on RHEL 3.  There are many things I'd like to be different 
about how it's setup, but I don't have the luxury of a tear-down 
right now.  ;-)

A client reports errors when the try to stream .rv files that use the 
RealVideo 10 codec.  The Real player says, "This server is not 
configured to play the data type you requested. Please contact the 
Real Server Administrator for assistance."

Real's support hasn't (yet) been helpful on this issue, save that the 
CSR reproduced the issue on 9.0.2 and suggested upgrading to 9.0.9.

Does anyone know what version, exactly, I need to be on to support 
RealVideo 10?  Is there a new plugin to download?  etc.
