[Helix-server-dev] Reg. Uniquness of the session ID generated by the Helix server

Hello,

      I have a small question on the RTSP session Id generation. Does the
Helix server generate globally unique Session ID
 i.e. unique across the different instances of the Helix server ? If yes how
does it generate it(Does it use IP address?).
