I don't know of any list, but I'd love to be corrected!

In the meantime, if you run with --debug, you at least get a short title for
each plugin, but I admit that might not help much.

Is this for the Helix community public (nodist) server, the dist server, or
the RealNetworks Helix Universal server?  (I.e., is your executable
hlxserver, hlxserverplus, or rmserver?)
