 Expected Result:

 As per ActiveX Control Feature specification, section 3.9.6.1, 

 Encoding stopped or done 

 Input Display : If video input, first frame of video for the currently selected source file or the current input 
 from the device is displayed. If audio input, the Audio Bitmap is displayed. 

 Output Display : Standard Bitmap w/Intel Logo is displayed 

 Actual Result:
 The Input Display is working fine (going back to first frame), but for Output Display, instead of Standard Bitmap 
 w/Intel Logo, black screen is displayed.
