Description:
Producer crashes when encoding using an audience specifying 
maxPacketInterleavingDuration for certain flavors of cook.  
What crashes from the test plan:
cook 7,8,9,10 with maxPacketInterleavingDuration of 0.100
cook 21 with maxPacketInterleavingDuration of 0.200 
cook 28 with maxPacketInterleavingDuration of 0.999

I'll attach one example of audience and command.  Crash log is at the end 
of this description.

Step to Reproduce:
1. Have a valid audio capture device
2. Use the attached audience with the following command-
./producer -ac 0 -d 10 -lc w,e,d,i -ad LLA_1.1.2.1_08.rpad -
sp :123456 at 192.168.162.20:80/LLA_1.1.2.1_08.rm
3. Notice the crash.

Actual Result: Producer crashes when packetizing cook codecs in some cases
Expected Result: Producer should not crash when packetizing.  It should 
use default packet sizes rather than crash.
