Project: helix-producer Version: Producer 11 Status: NEW Severity: TRIAGE Priority: TRIAGE Tracker: Installer AssignedTo: PGM ReportedBy: ajain QAContact: QA CC: apal,pmukhi,produceriz 1) Platform Details: Win XP, PIV 2.4 GHz , 512 MB RAM 2) Build No. : toolsall-020905-2523 3) Steps to Repeat: a) Install producer. b) Launch Producer GUI. c) Check the Serial number using Help->About RealProducer. d) Check the Serial number from CLI using the command: producer -v 4) Expected Result : The serial number should be the same as they refer to the same product. 5) Actual Result: The serial no of producer GUI doesn't match with that of CLI.
