This problem doesn't appear with Producer 10 Gold release.

This problem appears with current build : toolsall-071204-1999 on both 
Windows and Linux.

Runing any broadcast encode results in
error on Windows
Seg fault on Linux.

How to Repeat:
1)Install producerplusseteup on windows OS.
2)Run any broadcast encode
producer -ac 0 -vc 0 -sp root:123456 at serverIP:8080/1.rm
3)Observe that encoding fails with error msg.

Actual Result:
producer.exe  -ac 0 -vc 0 -sp root:123456 at 192.168.162.18:8080/1.rm
