Basic Plus Feature spec Setion 3.15 "Audio Limiter" states that 

"In the command line, if the user tries to use the Audio Limiter option (-
al) the job is not run and the following text is displayed: 

Error: Audio Limiter Gain (-al) unavailable in Helix Producer Basic.
Info: Visit www.realnetworks.com/special/producer/upgradeinfo.html for 
upgrade information."

However, the option -al is not supported in producer plus and so this 
section should be removed from the spec.
