Summary: Basic Plus Differentiation Feature Specification needs
                    to be updated.
           Project: helix-producer
           Version: Producer 11
            Status: NEW
          Severity: TRIAGE
          Priority: TRIAGE
           Tracker: Documentation
        AssignedTo: PGM
        ReportedBy: ajain
         QAContact: QA
                CC: akulaaj,apal,produceriz

As Per Basic/Plus Differentiation Feature Specification Section 3.11 Video
Codecs:
"The RealVideo 8 and RealVideo 9 codecs are not included in the Basic
product. The option to select RealVideo 8 and RealVideo 9 will still
appear in the Video Codec drop down list in the Encoding Settings window
and will be listed in the producer command line help. RealVideo 10 is the
only video codec that can be used in Producer Basic."

However, Section 3.11.2 Command Line of the same spec:
"Error: Only RV9 codec supported in Helix Producer Basic.
 Info: Visit www.realnetworks.com/special/producer/upgradeinfo.html for
       upgrade information."
In the above reference RV9 is stated instead of RV10.
