[Helix-producer-issues] [Bug 3475] New: Content Rating is not accepting correct value - RMEditor GUIHelix Bug Tracker admin at helixcommunity.org
Summary: Content Rating is not accepting correct value - RMEditor GUI Project: helix-producer Version: Producer 11 Status: NEW Severity: TRIAGE Priority: TRIAGE Tracker: RM File Editing AssignedTo: PGM ReportedBy: ajain QAContact: QA CC: akulaaj, apal, produceriz 1) Platform Details: Win XP, PIV 2.4 GHz , 512 MB RAM 2) Build No. : toolsall-111604-2287 3) Steps to Repeat: a. Open any valid rm file in RMEditor GUI. b. Click the "Clip Info" button to bring up the Clip Info dialog. c. Assign a value other than "All ages", "Older Children" and "Younger Teen" to the Content Rating field. d. Save the file. e. Check the content rating of the new file using RMEditor GUI. 4) Expected Result : The value assigned to the content rating field should be displayed - the value chosen in step 3c above. 5) Actual Result: RMEditor GUI retains the older value and the chosen value (in step 3c above) is not assigned. For e.g. if the file contained "All Ages" as the content rating and then it is assigned "Older Teens" and then saved, then the new value is not assigned and the file retains the older value for content rating as "All Ages". 6) It seems that when we try to replace an existing content rating value with any of the values - "No Rating", "Older Teens", "Adult Supervision Recommended" and "Adults Only" - using RM Editor GUI, the change fails to occur and the older value is retained. However, correct behaviour is observed and the change occurs when we try to replace an existing value with any of the values - "All ages", "Older Children" and "Younger Teen". -- ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
