1) Platform Details: Win XP, PIV 2.4 GHz, 512 MB RAM, Pyro Webcam, SB Live 
capture card. 

2) Build No. : toolsall-081904-2092.

3) Steps to Repeat:
   
   Run a Push Broadcast with specific audience using the following 
   command:     
   
   producer -ac 0 -vc 0 -ad "56k Dial-up.rpad" -sp 
   helix:server9.0 at 10.112.37.239/hcl.rm     

   Playback the clip using the address:
   rtsp://10.112.37.239:554/broadcast/hcl.rm

4) Expected Result :
   a) Broadcast should be successful.
   b) Playback should be successful.
   
5) Actual Result:
   a) Broadcast is successful.
   b) During playback a sequence of audio keeps repeating,video works fine.
      
For e.g. If a broadcast is done for duration 50 seconds (using the above 
cmd) and the stream is played back, it is observed that the audio in the 
output is incorrect. A small part of the audio given as input (say the 
first 5 sec) repeats itself throughout the total duration of playback of 
output stream (50 sec).  

6) It seems that the problem is specific to certain audiences and repeats 
   when the following audiences are used for broadcasting:
   2M Download (VBR).rpad
   16k Substream for 28k Dial-up.rpad
   26k Substream for 56k Dial-up.rpad
   28k Dial-up.rpad
   56k Dial-up.rpad
   90% Quality Download (VBR).rpad
   128k Dual ISDN.rpad
   350k Surround Stereo (VBR).rpad
   450k Surround Stereo (VBR).rpad
   512k DSL or Cable.rpad
   750k Surround Stereo (VBR).rpad
   General Mobile Local Playback.rpad
   General Mobile Streaming.rpad

7) For all other audiences, the playback is successful and stream is 
   played without any repetition of the audio.

8) Also, when the encode is run using the same capture input without any 
   broadcast and the output file is played back, no audio repeats. All 
   audiences work fine in case of file destination.
   The problem seems to be with Broadcast using specific audiences.
