Summary: Incorrect codec mapping for rvg2svt video codec - it
                    gets updated to rv10  instead of rv8.

1) Platform Details: WinXP, PIV 2.4 GHz, 512 MB RAM.

2) Build No. : toolsall-080804-2063

3) Steps to Repeat:
     Run the following command :
         producer  -i av.avi -ad  aud.rpad -o out.rm
     where the audience file aud.rpad contains video stream with  
     codec "rvg2svt".

4) Expected Result :
   The codec rvg2svt should get updated to codec rv8 and encoding should 
   be successful.
  
   As per CMDline spec, Section "3.6.1.2 Video Codec Mappings", the 
   rvg2svt(RealVideo G2 SVT) codec should be mapped to the 
   rv8 codec.

5) Actual Result:
   The codec rvg2svt gets updated to codec rv10 and encoding happens. 

6) There is a mismatch in the "CodecMapping.txt" and the Spec.
   Either the spec needs to be updated for rvg2svt getting mapped to rv10 
   or the codecmapping is incorrectly defined in the "codecmapping.txt" 
   file.

7) In Producer10, the codec rvg2svt was mapped to codec rv8 only. 
8) The same behaviour is observed on linux2.6 platform.
