Summary: Incorrect codec mapping for atrc5 codec - it gets
                    updated to raac4 instead of raac3.

1) Platform Details: WinXP, PIV 2.4 GHz, 512 MB RAM.

2) Build No. : toolsall-080804-2063

3) Steps to Repeat:
     Run the following command :
         producer  -i av.avi -ad  atrc5.rpad -o out.rm
     where the audience file atrc5.rpad contains single audio stream with  
     codec atrc5.

4) Expected Result :
   The codec atrc5 should get updated to codec raac3 and encoding should 
   be successful.
  
   As per CMDline spec, Section "3.6.1.1 Audio Codec Mappings", the 
   atrc5 (176 kbps Stereo Music) codec should be mapped to the 
   raac3 codec (160  kbps Stereo Music - RealAudio 10).

5) Actual Result:
   The codec atrc5 gets updated to codec raac4 and encoding happens. 

6) There is a mismatch in the "CodecMapping.txt" and the Spec.
   Either the spec needs to be updated for atrc5 getting mapped to raac 4 
   or the codecmapping is incorrectly defined in the "codecmapping.txt" 
   file.

7) In Producer10, the codec atrc5 was mapped to codec raac3 only. 
8) The same behaviour is observed on linux2.6 platform.
