3) Steps to Repeat:
   
   Run the RMEditor GUI from the application install directory by double 
   clicking the file "rmedtgui.exe"

4) Expected Result
   RMEditor GUI should get launched.

5) Actual Result:
   RMEditor GUI is not launched. 
   An error dialog appears stating "This application has failed to start 
   because pngu3266.dll was not found."
