1) Platform Details: WinXP, PIV 2.4 GHz, 512 MB RAM 

2) Build No. : toolsall-080204-2047

3) Steps to Repeat:
   
   Run the following command:-
   rmeditor -i output.rm  
   (where output.rm is a valid file encoded using AVI input file)

4) Expected Result
   Clip Info for the file "output.rm" should get displayed on the output  
   screen.

5) Actual Result:
   An error is reported stating - "Cannot locate rmto dll"
   No clipinfo is generated.
