   Run the following command:
   producer -m  

4) Expected Result
   The "-m" option should display full detailed help for the the command 
line application.

5) Actual Result:
   No Help is displayed.
   Following error is reported when -m option is run on the CLI:-
   "Cannot open the 
file:mk:@MSITstore:F:\Mercury\docs\ProducerGuide.chm::/command3.htm"
