Source code for the ra8lbr codec is available once the "Real Format Source Code Porting and Optimization License" is executed. See here: https://helixcommunity.org/licenses/request for more detail. Other codecs (sipro, RealAudio 8 High BitRate, RealAudio Lossless) are available in binary distribution library form. If the dist lib is not currently available for your platform, it can be compiled in-house and the dist lib placed in the distribution project. I would guess that most Internet radio applications use ra8lbr for music or sipro for voice.
