Hey Folks,
I just finished implementing velocity controls in the pythonKit, and
had a question. Our example python player seems to be seg faulting
when we run InitVelocityControl in the on_presentation_opened
callback. I can move this call later on in runtime, and the seg fault
goes away.

Looking at https://helix-client.helixcommunity.org/nonav/2005/devdocs/TKP-SOD-001-TrickPlay.html
I can see that the API has changed a bit for Atlas, but I am curious
if I am calling InitVelocityControl in the correct place.
