Yes, when in doubt, don't use -e and -n, because
you won't know if your Umakefil (or other build system
files) have changed since your last build. I personally
never use those options since time required to
run Umake and make depend is so small compared to the
overall compilation time, that the time savings
is not worth the headaches.
