[hxclidev] vidrend has been built

The output will be in a rel32 or dbg32 directory in
datataype/rm/video/renderer.  rvxrend.somehting_or_another.

I'm not sure what program you are trying to load it with tough.  The
core loads all the plugins you just need to make sure your rvxrend
object is in the "right" place ie the place the other datataype
plugins are located.

If you are building the sample command line player splay and you use
the build menu to compile it, the output of all the projects will be
placed in a debug or release directory in the source root.
