[hxclidev] "Debug Assertion Failed with splay on windows 2000" Part 2

If you are going to link against the release distribution libs
you should build release. There is a know problem mixing the two.
For Window's it seems to affect only streaming but on linux it
seems to affect all forms of playback. This only affects RA/RV 
content.
