Actually, the font size in 3GPP-TT is based on pixels, not "points", so a
font size of 12 means each character should be drawn inside a box that
is 12 pixels high (and thus 12 below the line above it).  So, 3GPP-TT in
Helix is behaving as it should.  QT and MS-Word both use "points" which
are not necessarily equated to pixels (depending on the number of pixels
per inch of the display, where 1 point = approximately 1/72 of an inch).
I think this is a bug in QT's playback of 3GPP-TT.
The AVI file that accompanied the 3GPP-TT test files that shows how the
text should look is actually wrong as it shows text that is too big, and,
besides that, it uses sans-serif instead of the serif specified in the file (e.g.,
P-3GPPtext-e-01-00.3gp specifies "serif" font).
