Play 3GPP Timed Text content with Text having different font sizes. Verify that 
the player displays the text with the correct font sizes

Actual Result
The font size seems to be smaller than their actual size. The same font size in the 
same font shows up bigger on Ms Word and even Quick Time.

Expected Result:
The sizes should be same as displayed in Ms Word or any other App.
