Synopsis: Fix a memory leak issue in mdpkt.h

Overview: Some functions didn't invoke CMediaPacket::Clear before delete the object of class CMediaPacket (vidrend.cpp, mp4vdfmt.cpp, rvxvdfmt.cpp...), so it caused memory leak.
