Fixed it. Changed permissions on private key to 700 ...

Hi Jacques,

(moving to "common-dev", since "common-issues" is meant for automated
bug mail only).

It looks like you are using "Jacques" as your local user name on your
Windows box, and that SSH is trying to create /home/Jacques/.ssh, which
fails because /home/Jacques doesn't exist.

Try creating /home/Jacques and /home/Jacques/.ssh manually, and then
repeat step #8 onward in the instructions.
