Thanks for reporting these issues.  The first two you mentioned we're
working on and should be fixed soon.  The other problem is because the
"DNET" codec that Amazon uses is really old and currently has some
restrictions preventing us from distributing it.  We hope to have a
solution before too long, but there's nothing on the immediate horizon.
